The Pet Practitioners Association of Karnataka (PPAK) successfully conducted a landmark international seminar in Sri Lanka, covering the serene coastal town of Bentota and the vibrant city of Colombo, with the participation of over 150+ Indian veterinary doctors and Top Srilankan veterinary professionals joined in. This enriching event brought together top veterinary minds to exchange clinical expertise and foster cross-border collaboration. A key highlight was Dr. Vikas Singh Chauhan’s in-depth sessions on the application of CT scans in veterinary medicine, emphasizing their accuracy in diagnosing complex internal and spinal conditions. Dr. Lohitha H. D. shared his hands-on experience managing Feline Chronic Gingivostomatitis (FCGS), featuring the touching story of “Tiger the Wonder Cat”, which offered powerful insights into advanced feline dental care. Dr. Narendra R., addressed the challenges faced in today’s pet practice, highlighting real-world issues ranging from client expectations and diagnostic limitations to the need for continuous professional development in a fast-evolving field.
